I'm having the exact same problem with the MobileJoomla Elegance theme. I have JQueryEasy set to load on specific pages, like / but do not want it to load on the mobile version of the site as it's loading after JQuery Mobile and causing problems.

Is this code that was posted still the best way to deal with this problem?

From: if (JFactory::getDocument()->getType() !== 'html')
To: if (JFactory::getDocument()->getType() !== 'html' || defined('_MJ'))

Yes, the plugin does not yet handle multiple templates. I am afraid you will have to solve it manually at this point.

Version v1.5.0 of the plugin is around the corner and will address the multiple templates issue. It will be an experimental feature and I am not certain it will address the MobileJoomla themes, I do not know how is handled the switching of templates in this case. It will certainly work with standard Joomla! template styles, though. Please try the new version and let me know what is missing for your special cases. Thank you!

trying also to have a premium template (flat) working with jquery easy and it does not
