You can also try to add this line to the 'disable in pages' parameter:
http:// ... /index.php?option=com_content&view=form&layout=edit
(... is where you add your website address)

I have installed the JCK editor on one of my test sites. So far I have it working with Joomla! 2.5.6, the latest JCK version and the latest jQuery Easy version. I can create articles. Any progress on your end?
