The thumbnails are there, but the paths to them are wrong. I could change the path manually and see them. What is the path for tmp in your Joomla configuration?

Ah - got it! I needed to change the tmp folder from default in advanced and that fixed it. And responsive works too (following your earlier advice). Thanks very much!
