I am not sure you need jQuery UI enabled in the plugin.

For the contact page, I would suggest you disable all 'extra' modules (animations) and enable them one by one to see which one causes errors.
The sizzle file you renamed is missing, you will need to find where the previous file was called so it is included in the template again. Or add it manually in the template.


It seems that our template is totally improper and creates all the conflicts. We will continue with this template for a few months and we will change it.

All right, thanks for your answers, I wish you the best.
I have often found that templates are packaged in a way that totally disregards the possibility for other extensions to use jQuery. I find it rather unprofessional and people pay big bucks for them.
