Plugin shows: The jQuery UI version of Joomla! could not be determined (v1.8.23 most likely)

Doesn't add script to any pages when enabled

Hello,
this is just an info telling you that Joomla! does not have jQuery UI loaded in the administration console and therefore wa not able to check its version.
What are your settings? What are you trying to do?

Hello,

Am simply trying to enable jQuery UI for use in my front end. It works when i set jQuery UI version to v1.8 however setting it to 1.9 tells me its cannot find it.

I can achieve what i want with v1.8, so currently not an issue for me.

The problem you are having is that Google stopped using generic versions of jQuery UI. Starting version 1.9, you need to specify the sub-version number on top of it. I have mentioned it in the documentation and on the site.
Latest jQuery UI 1.8 will work by itself, Latest jQuery UI 1.9 will work with the sub-version set up. I know, confusing...
