Hi there,
I have installed your plugin and pretty much tried everything since over a day and so far I have not managed to get the jquery sliders I have installed to work.

Staging server:
htpp://frutaflora.com/joomla

Template: rocketheme mercado
Various jquery sliders:
Austin Slideshow
INow Slider
I have include more details in the attached text file.

Hopefully the solution is simple.

Hello!

The problem comes from the fact that the jQuery library paths are not correct (extra /joomla in the path) and therefore the jQuery libraries are not loaded.

I don't know your server configuration and I suspect you use the extra path to test your website before going 'live'.
I would suggest you add the jQuery library paths by hand in your template for testing purposes. Keep jQuery Easy plugin enabled for the code cleanup. Test your scripts using jQuery. Once ready to go live (I am guessing without the extra /joomla path), take out your code added by hand and let the jQuery Easy plugin take over.
That should do it.

Well, stupid me: if you keep jQuery Easy enabled, it will also clean the code added by hand...
