Hello,

I am using trombinoscope extended. The component works great. But i've deleted a couple of contact (sub-)categories. The thing is that in trombinoscope, these sub-categories stil appear.

How can i change this, without deinstalling the component?

Hello,
are you talking about categories still showing in the component settings or contacts from those categories you have deleted still showing in your live site?
This problem may just be related to a caching issue. Which version of the component are you using? Old versions used to cache contact lists. In this case, just purge the Joomla! cache.
You do not need to uninstall the component.

Hello Olivier,

I've solved this problem. Ik seemed that teh deleted categories were not deleted in the actual database table (_categories) of Joomla. I deleted them manually.
