Slideshow still missing was created by michellezum
I've installed the jQuery Easy plugin and enabled it to load jQuery, but the front page slideshow is still missing. (Slideshow CK)

I've messed with the jQuery settings of the slideshow and Virtuemart, but nothing changes.

I'm kinda new to this, so I apologize if I've missed something obvious.

Hi Michelle,
try to remove the option 'add no conflict code' in the plugin's advanced settings to 'no'. Your other scripts already have everything they need embedded.

There are errors but I cannot seem to find what generates them ($j(...).slides is not a function for instance), which is why there is no slideshow.
Have you tried and contacted the developers of the slideshow?

The slideshow was working a week ago. I'm not sure what changed. The client may have changed something.

I did contact the slideshow developers and they told me to install this plugin. :P

Maybe I should just try to find a slider that doesn't use jQuery.
