Hello,
it is already available to you but requires you add a little CSS to the module. Go to the 'link label' parameter, enter 'Read More'. Then, using CSS, you can style the link to make it look like a button. The elements to style are '.link a' and '.link a span'

Hello,
It is one parameter of the module. Just create an instance of it and you will see it in the list of options.

It is really easy, it works like any other Joomla! module. Install it, go to Extensions -> Module Manager, click on 'New', select the module and voilà! If that still does not make sense to you, please check tutorials on how to use modules in Joomla. You can also download the documentation of the commercial module 'Latest News Enhanced Extended' that you can find on this website. The first section explains just all that.
