Hi,
I created a menu and then I created a new item and I associate link "Trombinoscope This view displays a Trombinoscope of contacts" when I click on my new item the result and a paggina empty. Do not display my registered users.
I'm using the version of joomla 3.3.3

Hello,

I just replied to your email.
The problem may just be a problem with the external library syw_lib. Did you install it? If so, did you install it after saving the menu item? In which case saving it once more will solve the issue.

I created my first menu item. When I saw with my own eyes that the page was white I read the documentation and I installed the external library successfully. The link does not work.
I created a new item by putting the voice Trombinoscope This view displays a Trombinoscope of contacts I clicked the save button.
I went to my homepage and the result is again a blank page.
you think I should uninstall all?
and install the library before and after the external component?

You don't need to uninstall anything. Just save your menu items once more even if you make no changes. It will fix the parameter list of the menu items internally now that you have the library installed.

This was just an issue with the fact there was no contact in the Joomla! standard contact component.
The Trombinoscope component does not replace the contact component but uses it to create new views :-)
