Dear Olivier,
Today I bought Timboscopee Entended to my website www.omga.org.au and implemented. But unfortunately the SEARCH
button on the menu does not show up search field and further when I click the SEARCH BUTTON I can see the contact list but no details.
- As per manual it is Timboscopeview but in menu item it only shows up Timboscope
- In the categories only "Sample-data-contact is available.

Please advise.

Hello Chandra,
the search field packaged in Joomla! will give you a standard page of results. That is: a list of contacts, as provided by the search contact plugin.
If you want a search leading to the Trombinoscope view of your contacts, please try the version 1.5 beta. It adds a search field tailored to the component ('show name search' option in the 'contact information' tab).
For the manual, 'Trombinoscope' and 'Trombinoscope view' is the same thing. I have just forgotten to replace the screenshot to reflect the change. Good catch!
For more categories, you need to create categories in the standard Joomla contact component.

Hi Oliver,

Thanks for your quick response. As per you advise I have downloaded version 1.5 beta(com_trombinoscopeextended_beta.zip) and installed in my site.

Unfortunately in the Menu item type - Trombinscopeview is not available .

Please advise.

'Trombinoscope' and 'Trombinoscope View' are the same things. The wording will be corrected for the next release so there is no confusion.
