Dear Oliver,

I installed the new version but now I get a new error message (see the attachement for details).

When I changed the ordering back to last name /first name I got the second error message (error 2.png).

Sorry, I forgot to mention you had to save the module before using it again (new values have to be saved). This is why you have the errors. What you need to do:
change the category order to 'none'. Save the module and then re-select the ordering you needed previously. Save.

I have fixed the problem I have having with my changes. This has been a major headache... The issue you were having was the tip of the iceberg... By making the version of the module database independent, I had to move a lot of fancy database query code to PHP (sorry about being technical) and that had a ripple effect on everything that had to do with sorting of names and categories. Here is the final version, thank you for your patience.
