ok, cool.
Now, use 1.11 in jQuery Easy with sub-version 3.

In the earlier post, jQuery UI was used. So you do need it.
Select 1.11 with sub-version 3 or 4, 4 is the latest official version.
Same thing, usually you can see the version number in the file jquery-ui.min.js, but not always.

You are having an error on the theme, which is the CSS part of jQuery UI.
I told you in an earlier post NOT to use 'base'. :-)
