Interesting. This occurred when I forced www to non-www with htaccess. Some articles were pasted in raw HTML from our newsletter with full image path URL's to the old www version, which broke after the redirect.

I didn't see that images were missing because my browser had cached them. Shift-refresh showed them missing.

Solution was a SQL update/replace for the domain string in introtext & fulltext for the articles - 92 hits!

Sorry for the hassle, and thanx for a great module.
