Hi!
I have installed the themes and none of them change the presentation be on page from menu or on module.
Looking at the web inspector on safari, I do not see a jquery.js.

I have a jQuery.noConflict.js, a jquery.min.js and others related to some components or module.
This is a joomla! 3.3 version.

Hello,
jQuery is unnecessary for the themes, it is just plain CSS.
Look at the page where the component is installed, you may just have a 500 error on the CSS files (in a browser, look at the source code of the page and click on a CSS file of the component), in which case you will find answers in this forum on how to give the files the proper permissions.

I had applied the site protections of Admintools on the .htacces. this was blocking the theme.

Have this issue as well.
IIS Server permissions are inherited from above, IUSR, IIS_USRS and Anonymous have Read, Execute, List, the owner (Administrators...) have Full. Site configured to "Connect as", this user has Full.
Not seeing errors on the Server side.

The page is currently for "staff only" will setup something for you to see if needed.

Hello,

Some users have resolved this issue by adding the stylesheet files to the .htaccess file through Admin Tools. You can find posts on this forum explaining how to do this. It really is just a permission issue.
